Carla going strong with Geoff
CONTRARY to rumors, the relationship between sweethearts Carla Abellana and Geoff Eigenmann is getting stronger. Carla said that working with Geoff in the Kapuso comedy-fantaserye "Magic Palayok" helps strengthen their relationship. According to Carla, many advised her that starring opposite a partner in one television or movie project usually generates more fights and misunderstanding in the relationship. However, she said that the show actually helped them get to know each other more and the work and their closeness does not suffocate them. "Hindi naman ganun. I-guess kasi sa araw naman na hindi kami magkasama eh kasi hinahanap ko parin naman siya eh," Carla said. "I-agree na in every relationship din eh dapat may space din and may time apart, but we are okay," she added. Aside from "Magic Palayok", the actress is set to topbill upcoming Regal Films production "My Neighbor's Wife" opposite Dennis Trillo and Jake Cuenca. Carla said this is something new to her because the character she's set to portray is more daring and mature than her usual roles in television. "It's pretty mature, hindi siya pangbata and by challenging, I mean eh it's for adults talaga," she said but immediately added that whatever is needed in the movie, she will definitely deliver.
